Windows computers:

• Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7 are fine.
  Explorer 8 is not fully compatible and should NOT be used.

• Firefox 2.0 or higher but Firefox 3 is recommended

• Chrome 1.0 - has not been fully tested and is not recommended

Macintosh computers:

• Firefox 2.0 or higher but Firefox 3 is recommended

• Safari 1.3 or higher but Safari 3.1 is recommended

• Chrome 1.0 - has not been fully tested and is not recommended

Linux:

Although D2L does not rate any Linux browsers as compatible,
other institutions report that Mozilla 1.3 - 1.7 are generally OK.
NOTE:  Other browsers may work but it is best to use a recommended browser
to ensure you have full access to all tools for a course site.
